We are excited to again offer an accessible, adaptive soccer clinic at no cost to kids with physical and/or developmental disabilities under the age of 18. Our inclusive approach will pair your child with LTSC volunteers who will teach a variety of soccer skills.
Dates: We will expand our offerings to 4 dates in the fall. We are planning on an hour session on each date (11AM-12PM). Dates are 9/18, 9/25, 10/16 and 11/6 (all Sunday's).
What to expect: An LTSC volunteer will be paired with your child as they learn some basic soccer skills. We hope to provide an exciting atmosphere that gives the kids an opportunity to enjoy the game of soccer. Plan on arriving 10 minutes before the start of your clinic session to check-in your child and receive a name tag. Tables will be set up for player and volunteer check-ins. Parents will be asked to remain near the field to watch but would also be welcome to participate.
Registration: If you (or someone you know) are interested in this opportunity, please register here. Players must be registered to participate. Feel free to forward to families that may not be on the LTSC emails. You are registering for the season - not individual sessions. A sign-up will be sent out as we get closer to determine who will be able to attend each session. NEW THIS YEAR - you will be able to select the desired shirt size for your child during the registration process.
Volunteers: We will be relying on the community to volunteer for these events, so please reach out to Brian Lippenholz if interested in volunteering. We will need both adult and youth volunteers. This is a great opportunity for high school aged kids to earn service hours. As a volunteer-driven 501 (c) 3 organization, LTSC is dedicated to offering the very best in soccer development for our players - in a safe and enjoyable environment.
We are excited to be able to offer this clinic again this year and look forward to seeing you on the field.
